    Honestly! Doesn't anyone proofread nowadays? Or perhaps it was deliberate and they were trying to inject some humour into a grim (and all too common) subject?

    Heheh... I suspect the latter. Every now and then Ceefax comes up with some dreadful puns in their headlines. ;)
